Welcome to the Official Page of Mario Maiale's "Dead Air", only on WEXP LaSalle Radio. This is the alternative music show of rap, rock, and many other types of music. Each show will have a theme of some sorts based off of movies or video games (if I'm that desperate for ideas). The Updates section is for anything that has been updated in the recent weeks. Wonder where the idea for the name came from???? I happened to watch a Flash cartoon on the website Homestarrunner.com, and the character in the cartoon described College radio in five words: "dead air, um, dead air" And thus, an idea for a name was born and changing a few letters made sure I didn't blatantly rip the site off.
